JUCY Rentals has an exciting new opportunity in Christchurch We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to come in and manage Branch Operations to ensure our branch and workshop are running smoothly.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Oversee the Branch operations including vehicle repairs and maintenance, fleet management, vehicle bookings ensuring effective and efficient processes and procedures are consistently delivered
- Deliver and champion agreed business plan and strategic objectives within annual budget, for branch and workshop
- Oversee the management of budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
- Lead, mentor and empower team to achieve team objectives
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking and development of high value relationships

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of 2 years people management and leadership experience within and across diverse teams.
- A proven background in driving change - successfully changing systems, processes, capabilities, individual mind sets and culture
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service and leading & positively influencing a high performing team to achieve this
- Proven experience in budget management
- Proven success in managing workshops and/or Fleet management
- Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance
- Vehicle sales experience
- Experience in rental campers/cars, tourism preferred
- A full driver's license
- Available to work or a 7-day rotating roster and public holidays.
