This position will focus on the daily activities that will drive operational excellence at the Branch. They will assist the Branch Manager to ensure that branch process, policy and procedure is adhered to. They will lead from the front and role model customer engagement and solution selling practices. They will assist and coach the Branch Team to deliver upon performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively manages and leads the Branch Team in relation to day-to-day Branch operations
- Ensuring the team operates in line with company expectations in relation to appearance, service levels and that the correct (and Hynds consistent) processes are adhered to
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal customers, influencers within the organisation
- Ensuring branch Health and Safety targets are achieved and in line with company expectations
- Actively leading the team to high performance through coaching, mentoring and development activities

**Key Attributes***
- The ability to manage administration and work to tight deadlines in a calm, accurate and effective manner
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers’ needs are met
- Can make decisions and implement them effectively. Has relevant experience to guide decisions and will back themselves
- Experience of leading teams in a customer service environment
- Is smart about business and understands the key levers that drive business performance
