Branch Engagement Lead

Our National Estimations Unit have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to join their hard-working and busy administration team. The team support a wider team of 45+ estimators and 64 branches nationwide.

This opportunity has the option of being either Christchurch or Hamilton-based.

**The Role**:
This is a new role aimed at increasing the depth of our relationship with the PlaceMakers branches (our customers) by providing training and support. It demands the ability to build relationships whilst assessing processes with improvement front of mind.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading engagement with the branch network
- Working with branches to ensure estimations processes are followed
- Communicating to the right parties when processes aren’t working and why
- Support new branch team members with appropriate training
- Assist with the implementation of new process/process change
- Regular review of branch preferences
- Responding to branch queries
- Assisting with workflow management
- Provide support to wider administration team

**About you**:
The role would suit someone who can easily build rapport, with system and process experience and an ability to look at ways to simplify what we do with the view to improving the customer experience.

You’re a strong team player that is computer literate alongside having the ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and take initiative.
- You have a genuine interest in the building industry and understand key aspects of the building process as well as being able to demonstrate the following - Proven customer service experience is a must
- A strong eye for detail
- An interest in systems along with good Excel abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Highly customer focused with strong relationship-building skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
