The Christchurch branch plays a pivotal role in servicing the South Island market, and now seeks a dynamic leader to drive performance and growth.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As Branch Manager, you will lead a small skilled team of technical representatives, overseeing operations, sales, and profitability for the South Island. You'll be responsible for the branch's budget, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of service delivery. A key part of your role will be building and nurturing relationships with HVAC contractors, installers, and key stakeholders across the South Island, while leveraging your technical expertise to support project success and customer satisfaction.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or trade-based environment, ideally within HVAC, electrical or building services
  • Ideally have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their application in commercial and residential settings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage branch operations, including financial performance and sales growth
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with contractors, installers, and internal teams
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
  • Ideally have Mechanical Engineering Qualifications or similar
