Were looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead and be the go-to-expert of our Roadside Rescue and Travel propositions within NZ Retail. Youll own the product lifecyclefrom rep orting on and optimising current performance, to enhancing customer-centric solutions and executing go-to-market plans.
Working closely with internal teams (from operations, marketing to portfolio ), and Pa rtner s, youll manage and prioritise your backlog. Youll translate insights into action and ensure delivery meets with customer needs, drives satisfaction, and aligns with commercial goals, relevant compliance requirements and risk management standards.
As our partnership model expands, youll also support new propositions and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovat e across the portfolio.

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role, based in Tmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

**What youll bring**:

- Solid understanding of financial service functions and how they connect across the business
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- 5+ years experience in product ownership /strategy across multiple teams or business units
- Commercially savvy, customer-focused, and confident navigating complex environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess challenges, take action, or propose effective solutions.
- Experience in Travel Insurance or Motoring is a plus, along with familiarity with agile ways of working and risk management
