This role reports to the Director of Customer & Business Operations and will provide operations support.

**Your duties will include**:

- Tech Stack management, troubleshooting and optimisation. Including documentation and team training.
- Assisting with day-to-day, ad-hoc tech stack troubleshooting for the global sales, marketing and customer teams located in Auckland, NZ and London, UK. Systems include Hubspot, Aircall, Zendesk, Zoom and Gong.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure correct usage of the tech stack
- CRM governance and administration including minor workflow changes, adding fields, objects and properties etc
- Work on marketing automation, assisting with workflow design, implementation and optimisation
- Managing subscriptions within CRM to meet the changing needs of the business and our customers
- Identifying and troubleshooting data discrepancies, suggesting ways to fix them at the source
- Creating, managing and optimising standard CRM dashboards

**Requirements**:
You’re going to love this job if you:

- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations role
- HubSpot or Salesforce CRM experience and expertise essential
- Can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are highly organised and can juggle many different tasks at once, (with a knack for prioritisation)
- Thrive in a team environment where everyone is friendly, smart, and driven.
- Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional projects
- Available to work late (for global calls) 1-2 evenings per week
