Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Change Communications Specialist, you are responsible in effectively implementing communication initiatives that support the delivery of customer change and resolution projects within the Pacific Marketing Team. It exists to ensure the customer impact of change is communicated effectively, leading to mínimal disruption and/or positive outcomes for customers, and that the business objectives of change and resolution projects are achieved.

**Role Type**: Fixed-Term for 7 months (February-September 2025)

**This role is accountable for**:
Implementing marketing strategies to effectively communicate change, leading to mínimal disruption and/or positive outcomes for customers
Supporting the Change Communication in the Pacific Marketing portfolio to meet change objectives.
Deliver effective marketing activity across owned and paid media that supports project objectives
Ensuring communications produced are of a high quality - clear and concise and easily understood for customers
Ensure key insights about the customer impact of a business change are well understood, in order to inform activity
Ensure communication initiatives meet business objectives and are delivered within agreed project budgets
Stakeholder management - communicating and managing requests from a range of stakeholders across ANZ
Managing the approvals process effectively and compliantly
Ensuring controls for project governance, compliance and risk management are adhered to

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
2+ years’ marketing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise work load and capacity to deliver on agreed tasks on time
Strong knowledge of effective marketing communication - writing and editing
Understanding of ‘below the line’ communication fundamentals including data driven marketing
Generalist marketing skills with the ability to support implementing a broad range of marketing activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a range of stakeholders
Sound judgement, strong problem solving and analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail, and a desire to produce work of a high quality.
