This role is within the ANZ Adviser Assessment team which takes pride in being a Centre of Excellence for home lending. Our assessment team is a market leader for the volume of mortgages we underwrite and has consistently been recognized for service excellence across the industry. **As a Lending Assessment Specialist, you will**:
- Support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
- Coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.
- Identify appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer’s needs and deepening customer relationships.
- Develop strong knowledge of your local market, become an active member of your local community, enjoy business development activities and truly understand our customers.
- Act as a mentor and coach to other members of the branch and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience.

- Have a strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience
- Be financially savvy, with a keen attention to detail
- Be an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
- Be able to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Be an excellent communicator with great presentation and interpersonal skills
- Be skilled at managing priorities, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and with focus
