Website Content Specialist
Do you want to make an impact on one of New Zealand’s most visited websites? As a Website Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing and creating content for anz.co.nz - ANZ New Zealand’s core website. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, you’ll fit right in with our flexible, supportive content team. You’ll have the rewarding task of using your content strategy and design skills to drive content initiatives that are responsive to our customer needs and supports business goals.
About The Role
**As a Web Content Specialist at ANZ you will**:
Work collaboratively with content owners and stakeholders to edit and design website updates.
Participate in, plan and lead content renovation projects.
Use data, research and insights to deliver content solutions that are effective and fit for purpose.
Bring our customers’ voice into decision making, using human centred design.
Be an advocate for customer experience and accessibility.
Build and nurture relationships with content owners and stakeholders across the business. You’ll use your exceptional communication skills to understand stakeholder needs, develop support for your work and advise on best practice.

About You
**To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have**:
Experience designing, writing, editing and publishing user-centred content for websites.
Be skilled in developing and implementing content strategies.
Experience planning, leading and delivering content design projects.
A solid understanding of human centred design processes and best practices.
Content design skills e.g. content strategy, UX writing, information architecture, user journeys, concepting, wireframing, workshop facilitation, conducting customer research, analysis and synthesis.
Confidence in analysing and using data and evidence to make informed decisions about content.
Experience working with a design system or component library, style and brand guidelines.
Sound understanding of, and experience implementing, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing and advocacy skills.
Reporting experience using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred).
Proficiency with design, collaboration and productivity tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Mural, Jira.
