Engender Technologies is on an exciting journey to transform the dairy industry with our innovative gender selection technology. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives and bring our cutting-edge solutions to market.

**About the Role**:
As the Product Development Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, marketing, and production, to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to define product specifications and requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing and validation of products to ensure quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the product development process.
- Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with external stakeholders as necessary.

**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biotech, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the animal genetics industry.
- Experience from with a startup/early stage company beneficial
