**Just some of the things you'll be doing**:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure the MTF Finance brand is represented professionally, and we recruit the best people
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring induction programmes are well organised and each new employee receives a positive onboarding experience

- Champion, support and implement health, safety and wellbeing policies and initiatives
- Accurately maintain people-related systems and documentation
- Contribute to continuously reviewing and improving people-related processes throughout the business

You’ll be someone who works well with others, and who can manage sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretion. Sometimes we just need to roll up our sleeves to help others get stuff done - so you’ll harness your flexibility and can-do attitude to rise to the challenge, whilst being able to maintain your composure when you are under the pump. While this role has variety and lots of moving parts, there is also still a healthy balance with more routine tasks.

**The things you need to be considered are**:

- Previous experience and success in an administration/coordination role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over all channels (written, oral, virtual)
- Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- High levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Competent in the Microsoft suite, and ideally other professional systems
- Tertiary education in business administration would be advantageous, but not essential

**What you will receive in return**:

- The opportunity to join a recognised and iconic New Zealand brand that is on an exciting growth trajectory and that is committed to being flexible, fair and equitable. This extends to how we pay our people, how we accommodate flexible working and how we reward performance
- Interesting and meaningful work where you will be well supported by your leader and your team, and ample growth opportunities
- A dynamic and friendly culture with modern offices and awesome colleagues

This is a full-time role, but we would consider part-time for the right person.

Applications will close when we find the right person If you think this is the role for you and MTF Finance is the place you want to be, get in touch today.
