Our Dunedin based clients are currently seeking a P&C Manager to join their business and lead people strategy across a diverse organisation. The successful candidate will be passionate about transitioning our clients HR function into a modern P&C environment. You'll be a key member of their senior leadership team, shaping the future of HR in their business.

THE ROLE:

  • Shape a positive workplace culture that supports collaboration and growth across the group.
  • Lead talent initiatives to attract, retain, and develop exceptional people and future leaders.
  • Empower managers with tools and guidance to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Navigate change and employment matters with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensure compliance and wellbeing through robust systems for health, safety, and policy development.

SKILL SET:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in senior HR / H&S roles
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR and H&S initiatives and influence at all levels
  • Experience resolving employment relations issues
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
