**FCB : JUNIOR DATA & TECH ANALYST**

**You**:
You may be a recent graduate of a computer science or data science related degree, or you have some experience working in an analyst role. Data drives you, and you are passionate about using strong data and digital marketing principles alongside business context and strategy. You understand how to tag, track, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, in addition to analysing and measuring effectiveness.

You have the natural ability to forge strong relationships with all departments, and possess excellent communication skills across all levels.

**This role**:
This roles offers a terrific opportunity to join our industry renowned FCBSIX team. You’ll continue to build on a solid understanding of tools and platforms, best process, and an impressive understanding of the data landscape and how to develop, execute, analyse and optimise digitally-led, integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll be supported by your team as you hone your skills, and you will play a key role in your team supporting our relentless pursuit to deliver best-in-class automated marketing campaigns and programs on behalf of our clients through digital channels.

**FCBSIX**:
The SIX team at FCB provide a key function within our integrated agency, unlocking client potential through bridging the gap between the techies and the business professionals.

The SIX function is to help our clients understand how they can achieve better results from their marketing and business investments by using various analytical methods to identify opportunities for growth and developing a strategic approach to improve business outcomes.

FCBSIX are a collaborative and intercollegiate team, supporting our clients with this analytical approach to problem solving.

We take our clients on the journey for change, bringing the combined collective depth of expertise in the domains of strategy, insights, modelling, analytics and data enablement to help them articulate and implement strategies that are focused on business outcomes. Ultimately, delivering a proven contribution to their organisation’s success.

**Key to your success, you’ll need to be**:

- Clear, confident communication skills, ability to deliver consice information with both your team members, and the wider agency teams
- Proactive, intuitive and fiercely detail orientated
- Proficient incoding specific skills especially SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud environments: GCP, AWS or Azure
- Confident, and able to build relationships easily both internally & externally
- Be a team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing
- Interested, passionate and able to comfortably juggle a range of tasks and projects
- Ambitious, proactive, self motivated with a desire to learn

**You’ll have**:

- Experience with reporting and data visualisation
- Ability to present and deliver insights and findings in clear and concise layman’s terms
- Experience/understanding of working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and data for technology driven marketing
- Experience mining and analyzing data to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques and business strategies.
