**How will I be supported?**

Your career at Datacom will kick off with the Talent Elevator Induction. A carefully curated induction programme which ensures you have the best start possible at Datacom. We fly all of our Early Careers cohort to Auckland for a week of learning, connection and fun. You’ll get to know your peers, our leadership team and develop the core skills you’ll need to get started in your role. Throughout the 12 months of our programme you’ll have access to mentors, career coaching, social events and certifications

- Currently living in New Zealand
- ** Available full-time late April 2025**
- Please note: These are entry level opportunities, ideal for people just starting out in their careers. If you have relevant experience greater than 12 months, then you may be better aligned to an Associate level role
