**What You’ll Do (Your Purpose)**:

**Project Leadership**: Oversee high-impact digital initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards that enhance our service offerings.
**Change Management Expertise**: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
**Performance Evaluation**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of transformation efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
**Knowledge Transfer**: Capture and disseminate lessons learned from this initiative to inform future projects, creating a legacy of knowledge and best practices within the organization.
**Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets associated with digital transformation projects, ensuring financial discipline while maximizing value delivery.
