Options Available:
- Unpaid work experience: Short-term, placements, exposure to the tech industry.
- Paid internships: Longer placements with broader responsibilities.
What will our placements looks like?
As an Intern your focus will be on continuous improvement, becoming familiar with Datacom's strategy and direction and working to build relationships internally and externally. Your role may include tasks such as,
- Assisting with delivery administration of projects/tasks under guidance by other team members
- Be committed to continuous improvement and professional development - Attend and participate in training and development activities.
- Ownership and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with other team members, helping the team as required.
- Building and maintaining positive ongoing relationships internally.
- Assisting the team to succeed by being self-organising, completing work in a timely manner, identifying risks, and sharing concerns with team members.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of development plans.
What we're looking for
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline (no prior tech experience required).
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Enthusiasm and a great attitude
- Self-Learners, people passionate about Learning
- Team player, able to collaborate in a team
- Good communicator

About our Early Careers Programme
This is a short-term placement, however if you join Datacom permanently as an Early Career, you'll join our Early Careers Programme. The Early Careers Team will be part of your journey for the first 12 months of your career. Supporting you through Induction, mentoring, events and regularly offering you extra resources and opportunities to help grow your career and connect you with your wider peer group all while you embed in your new permanent role.
