**Your day to day**
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be a jack of all trades and your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service
- Maintaining the daily checks of Deep Clean Rooms for auditing purpose
- Understand different status of Rooms to allocate accordingly to housekeeping team members
- Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure rooms, and particularly those of priority members, known repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special attention
- Monitor and communicate Housekeeping Supplies to Guest Facilities Manager and Assistant Housekeeper
- Be proficient in supporting different roles within the Housekeeping Department

**What we need from you**
- It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important
- Strength - with occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects
- You’ll need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
- Literacy skills - reading, writing, clear communication and basic math skills
- Basic computer skills to assist in internal computer systems
