Crowne Plaza Auckland are looking for a **Night Auditor** to come and join us on our re-opening journey as we transition back to be open to the public
**Your day to day**
Our night team play a key role in our hotel operation, and you will find that no 2 days are the same That's the beauty of our industry
- Updating overnight reporting;
- Carries out the daily auditing and balancing of guest accounts;
- Carries out the duties of a night receptionist as and when directed to do by the Night Manager or Night Assistant Manager
- Collate and balance daily work to be sent to the Finance Department
- Ensure the Crowne Plaza Branded Service Behaviours is being adhered to the team and hotel environment
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you will have a real passion for hospitality and possess the ability to interact well with guests.
- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in hotel/hospitality management or related field would be beneficial
- Great communication and writing skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to interact well with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility with your shifts - your shifts will start at 11:30pm until 7:30am
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
