We're on the hunt for an Employment Consultant to join our vibrant team in Wellington If you have experience in customer service, recruitment, sales, social services or any other relevant experience, we want to hear from you

**What you'll do**
- Join our mission to support rangatahi within local secondary schools as they navigate learning barriers and uncover meaningful pathways into employment
- Lead engaging sessions to inspire self-discovery, skill building, and goal setting, empowering rangatahi to see their future through fresh eyes.
- Tap into local networks to uncover hands-on, community-based work opportunities and support students in gaining real-world experience.
- Build trusted relationships with families and educators, ensuring support is holistic and culturally grounded.

**Your background**
- Current full NZ driver’s licence Our Employment Consultants are selected from a wide range of careers
- including recruitment, social services, sales, business development, government and industry.
- Life skills, enthusiasm to help people, grit & resilience, and the ability to bring the best out of people are key attributes we look for.
- You will need to be self-driven, even entrepreneurial in your approach.
