You will be taking ownership of a caseload of clients referred to Alpha Consultants from our customers - such as MSD - and supporting them to regain independence and return to employment

**We will count on you to**:

- Support clients to work out what they want to do, and how to get there
- Coach clients around CV development, interview skills, and job search strategies
- Support clients to navigate and overcome barriers to achieving their employment goals
- Build relationships with employers to help transition your clients into meaningful paid employment
- Assist clients placed into work, to succeed in the long term

**What you need to have**:

- Clean full driver license
- Computer literacy (e.g. confident skills with MS Office and the ability to learn in-house software on the job)

**What makes you stand out**:
Every client’s needs and situation is different so you’ll need to have the ability to pivot and change tack to support your diverse client group. You’ll be someone who is empathetic, but able to motivate and build confidence in clients, and navigate the tough conversations successfully. You’ll also need to be proactive, as a key component of the role is to support your clients to enter and sustain paid employment - so getting out there, building relationships with employers and others stakeholders needs to be part of your DNA.
