Alpha Consultants’ Employment Consultants are the experts at networking and their impeccable sourcing skills empower clients to access, gain and sustain employment, which has a powerful impact on them and their whanau.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building trust with your client, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
- Take ownership of a caseload of referred clients
- Identifying the hurdles to achieving client’s employment goals. We collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable work and independence
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others

**Day-to-day this might include**:

- Conducting assessments
- Coaching clients to make decisions on their futures
- Building strong relationships with employers
- Educating clients on resume development, interview preparation and job searching
- Assist clients placed into work to succeed in the long term

**What you need to have**:

- Clean and full driver’s license
- Computer literacy
- Proactive approach
- Ability to change and pivot

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
