As a Kaiārahi, you will SEE the opportunities for whānau to thrive, building strong relationships to support the journey through our services. You will have the unique chance to record each story of change, guiding whānau towards the right internal and external networks, at the right time. Managing a caseload of referrals, your administrative and interpersonal skills will be put to the test, as you navigate and empower urban Māori.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
- Prior experience supporting whānau in the community.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent administration, case noting, & reportage skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local community networks.
- Full NZ Drivers License is essential for local travel.
