**Your new company**

My client is a global business and a well known name in their industry, they have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist to join their team based in South Auckland.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will be responsible for driving a compliant and risk focused Safety Management and Wellbeing programme across the New Zealand business with responsibilities including:

- Streamlining processes
- Managing incident reporting, analysing trends and monthly reporting
- Onsite audits
- Supporting HSW representatives in the business
- Championing a culture of awareness and ownership of health and safety
- Managing the ISO accreditation
- Delivering training
- Supporting and driving the wellbeing programme

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll be a Health & Safety Administrator or Coordinator seeking your next move and have experience working in Health, Safety & Wellbeing with a working knowledge of current WHS legislation. You'll be comfortable conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and carrying out branch audits.

With a passion for Health & Safety, you'll thrive in a role where you are responsible for driving a culture of safety and will have excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ideally you'll have, or be working towards an NZ Certificate in workplace H&S practice level 4 and will have an up to date First Aid Certificate.

Based from their South Auckland Head Office, you'll also be travelling around different branches and will be required to travel outside of Auckland once a quarter.
