**About the role**

Store ownership is one of the most significant milestones in an owner’s career and as such a fit for current culture experience that minimises customer and staff disruption can set an owner up for a successful career.

You’ll be using modern techniques, toolsets, and paradigms that allow us to be innovative, agile and resilient; adapting and acting fast to differentiate ourselves in an increasingly competitive, data connected and digital-driven world.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with New Store and COO key stakeholders to ensure an aligned, ‘in it together’ approach to all aspects of the ownership journey, using and providing key insights and best practice methodologies.
- Coordinating/facilitating cross functional teams to execute IT processes for New stores and COO
- Providing a single point of contact for all technology information and communication for the COO programme coordinator and owners. You will play a role in increasing owner engagement and technology satisfaction.
- Ensuring effective change of ownership technology decisions are made and that legal, security, privacy and ethical standards are upheld.
- Performing regular process and emerging technology reviews looking for small and break-through opportunities to shorten and improve the Ownership Experience process.

**About you**

Along with having a passion for providing a great technology experience for our key stakeholders the suitable applicant for this role will have:

- Project Management/Delivery Lead experience coupled with SAP domain knowledge and the ability to translate this into developing and operationalising process and system changes.
- An appreciation for strategy, process, accelerating technologies, user centric design, change management, agile practices, and a practical approach to ensuring all this is brought together in efficient solution design and delivery execution.
- A flexible approach, open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. You will be curious, and keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible.
- Strong relationship building skills with effective influencing and mediation skills and strive to work collaboratively and build credibility across multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and high-quality outcomes are crucial.
- Clear leadership skills with authority and accountability for actions and decisions which impact the way we achieve organisational goals within change of ownerships.
