**About the Role**

As a member of the Customer Products team, you will play a key role in helping our teams prioritise, plan and deliver key initiatives to our customers instore, including point of sale and self-checkouts.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of instore teams to ensure that we are productive and engaged to deliver awesome instore solutions for the benefit of the co-op and our customers.

This will be facilitated through you:

- Maintaining our backlog, ensuring the team remain focused on prioritised work, delivering quality products/services.
- Collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders and assist in discovery efforts and prioritisation, plan and develop delivery roadmaps and ensure alignment of outcomes to business strategy.
- Foster a culture of informing actions through evidence. Use metrics that provide valuable insights, explain the ‘why’ and articulate value across initiatives.
- Performing resource and capacity planning, allocations, and workload assignments, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders/vendors to plan and keep them abreast of developments accordingly.
- Managing budgets for the projects and continuous enhancements that you are delivering to our customers.

**About You**

Innately self-driven, you take initiative for getting things done, being a super organised and methodical Delivery Lead. Outcomes focused and with a keen commercial sense, as well as excellent negotiation and organisation abilities will be important to your success. As will the following:

- Familiarity and experience in both Agile and Waterfall ways of working, technologies, and ceremonies would be helpful in this role.
- Experience coordinating and managing a multivendor and multiteam environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders - both technical and non-technical.
