As a Senior Commercial Analyst in Foodstuffs North Island’s Property team you’ll play a key role in informing investment decision making and delivering insightful reporting on one of the largest property portfolios in the country.

**About the role**

Working collaboratively with the business, you’ll ensure that property activities are aligned with and are a key enabler of the Co-operative’s overall market strategy.

There are three key focus points for the role:
1. Financial feasibility modelling and the development of business cases for all property investment

2. Strategic property network planning and modelling, including helping to drive performance in the delivery of these

3. General commercial support including helping to drive our Customer Driven strategy through data-based actionable insights

This is a role that works with all areas of our business from Board to owners and across business units in our support centre. In this role you’ll provide key financial insights to the feasibility of property investments which is central to the growth of our business.
