**About the Role**

In this role, you'll partner with managers across LIC to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, helping to attract the best talent for a variety of roles, from corporate functions to on-farm positions. You'll coach and educate managers, enhance recruitment processes, and deliver innovative solutions to build strong talent pipelines.

**Your Key Focus Areas**:

- Partner with new managers to guide them through the recruitment process.
- Deliver engaging recruitment training sessions for managers.
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, universities, and more.
- Drive improvements in LIC's recruitment strategies and systems.
- Provide insightful recruiting reports and metrics.
- Stay ahead of recruiting trends to keep us competitive.

**About You**
You're a natural relationship-builder with recruitment experience from agency, in-house, or RPO settings. You're confident navigating the full recruitment cycle, sourcing for a wide range of roles, and finding creative solutions to talent challenges.

**You'll Bring**:

- Expertise in conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based).
- Experience with diverse selection methods (e.g., video interviews, assessments).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Proven success in talent mapping, pipeline building, and proactive talent pooling.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR systems, with bonus points for implementation experience.
