**About the role**

You’ll be part of our outgoing, passionate Student Recruitment team, helping Wintec to recruit students in order to achieve what we do best - turn out work-ready graduates who can take on the world.

Your experience and your ability to network and engage with students, careers advisors and community groups alike will be key to success in this role. Your time will be divided between supporting the Student Recruitment Leads at a variety of external and internal events and taking responsibility for working hard to nurture leads from enquiry through to enrolment.

Be part of a team that works to build and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider Wintec team to grow product knowledge and ensure effective management of our key accounts.

**Additionally in this role you will be required to**:

- Work occasional weekends and evenings and be prepared to travel
- Proven lived experience with Māori or Pasifika communities
- Have a strong understanding of the tertiary environment
- Be flexible, adaptable and able to cope with pressure
- Be prepared to present to a wide range of audiences
