**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**
We are excited to offer a **9-month fixed-term opportunity** for a **People and Culture Advisor (Recruitment)** at **0.8 FTE**, based at our **Kirikiriroa | Hamilton** campus.
You will report to the People and Culture Operations Manager and play a key role in delivering proactive, values-led recruitment support across the organisation.
The appointing salary will be pro-rated between $74,400 and $93,000 (full-time equivalent), depending on skills and experience.
**In this role you will**:
- Provide expert advice and support across the full recruitment lifecycle, including attraction, selection, onboarding, safety checking, and immigration processes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role within a medium to large organisation.
- A sound understanding of HR practices and New Zealand employment legislation.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
