If you can tick most (or all) of these boxes, we want to hear from you:

- A proven track record as an administrator or coordinator. Experience working in HR or recruitment would be very useful but isn’t essential.
- A positive and engaging interpersonal style combined with an outstanding customer service ethic which will be apparent when we interview you.
- Highly organised in nature with a strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully juggle competing demands on your time.
- The ability to build good relationships with others and communicate effectively.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is also important.
