Your experience and your ability to network and engage with students, careers advisors and community groups alike will be key to success in this role. Your time will be divided between supporting the Student Recruitment Leads at a variety of external and internal events and taking responsibility for working hard to nurture leads from enquiry through to enrolment. Be part of a team that works to build and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider Wintec team to grow product knowledge and ensure effective management of our key accounts. In return we offer a stimulating and supportive working environment where you are encouraged to proactively grow your skills and knowledge. **Additionally in this role you will be required to**: - Work occasional weekends and evenings and be prepared to travel - Proven lived experience with Māori or Pasifika communities - Have a strong understanding of the tertiary environment - Be flexible, adaptable and able to cope with pressure - Be prepared to present to a wide range of audiences Do you have up-to-date experience in the education sector, as well as a professional qualification in Business, Marketing or Career related industry?
