In our Supply Chain team, we’re empowered to make a difference by delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this we’ve got an exciting opportunity for a **Beverage Operations Manager** to join the team at **The Pride** on a contract running through **to mid-January 2027.**

In this role, you’ll be part of the site leadership team, helping shape the strategic direction of the multi-beverage manufacturing site, leading with purpose, and fostering a culture where safety, quality, and performance thrive.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Driving safety, quality, and performance across the site
- Leading the Beverage leaders and team to deliver on key site and business priorities
- Creating space for continuous improvement and new ways of thinking
- Contributing to site strategy as a valued member of the leadership team
- Coaching and developing your team to build future capability
- Growing your own leadership, strategic and technical skills along the way

**What you’ll bring**:

- Technical brewing knowledge with a current Master Brewer Certificate (or commitment to attain one)
- Proven leadership experience across cross-functional teams
- A track record of driving change and embedding new ways of working
- Confidence in adopting new technology and optimising processes
- Experience managing performance, development, and change
- A genuine passion for coaching others and building capability
