**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of Rostering functions within the Branch - all staff are accurately rostered to roles matching their skills and abilities
- Support deployments at Major Events.
- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Establish and maintain an outstanding working relationship with employees, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at a high standard
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for both casual & permanent employees
- Lead, coordinate and implement regional training processes for both Compliance, Commercial and Development Training

**What we require from you**:

- Some work experience in the security &/ or events industry is desirable, however not necessary
- Flexibility regarding working hours including weekend availability
- Clean Criminal History and Full clean New Zealand driver’s license
- Highly motivated, professional and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and efficient decision-making skills
- Proven teamwork and leadership skills - ability to maintain discipline and enforce minimum standards
- A high standard of written and oral communication
- Well-developed computer and administrative knowledge/skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Inspiration to grow with Red Badge Group and accept a challenge
