**Full time, Fixed Term 6-7 months**

**80 hours per fortnight**

Our current Recruitment Coordinator will soon be on maternity leave so we need to find someone to cover this position for approximately six to seven months, depending on start date.

The roles we recruit for are fast paced and ever changing, but we are a supportive, dedicated team who do whatever we can to help each other provide the best service possible. The successful applicant will work closely with the whole Recruitment team and wider People Service.

In this role you will have lots of exposure to staff right across Te Whatu Ora Hawke’s Bay as well as nationally as well as outside the organisation. You will be dealing in the business of people every day so communication, patience and empathy should be high in your list of attributes.

This position is best suited for someone with previous either recruitment coordination or extensive administration experience, with key attributes that include being practical, methodical and highly organised.
