Responsible for the development and delivery of site-wide training and competency assessment process. The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the programs that drive training and development of all employees at the Hastings plant.

**About the role**
- Development of training material and proficiency’s
- Complete a training gap analysis on at least an annual basis and create monthly training plans
- Build and maintain training packs per role across the site
- Develop or update task specific work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be in line with current practices - including safe operation
- Advance and maintain training records, training matrix, Success Factors and skills matrix
- Assist managers in the creation of development plans
- Provide regular and up-to-date reports to site leadership teams

**About you**
- Demonstrates experience in developing and delivering manufacturing training
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience working within a manufacturing facility
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to engage, interact, influence, and be a trusted partner
- Effective verbal communication skills including the ability to professionally address and manage a broad range of people and issues
