ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for building relationships whilst driving local engagement with CA ANZ members. We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Manager for the Lower North Island region. As the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand presence locally while overseeing the delivery of exceptional engagement with our members.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Strengthen CA ANZ engagement with members across the Lower North Island region.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers, member engagement specialists, and conference centre specialists to foster a high-performing, curious, and innovative team culture.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of member engagement activities to delight local CA ANZ members.
- Engage and grow relationships with local governance committees.
- Collaborate and innovate to improve and grow local CA ANZ member groups
- Develop a member-focused sales culture to support the achievement of regional revenue targets.
- Identify, collate and share relevant insights internally, contributing to new or improved products, services, or advocacy initiatives.
- Be the local contact for member queries and issues.
ABOUT YOU

- A people leader with a proven track record of motivating teams, developing people and delivering excellent outcomes.
- A strong confident communicator, both written and spoken
- An ability to develop and deliver a plan to align team members toward common goals, revenue targets, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Comfortable managing change and adapting to a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at a senior level, with the ability to influence others effectively and quickly build rapport.
- Financial acumen, including the ability to manage a profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- An influential and commercially astute professional respected by members and the community.
- An understanding of the accounting profession or a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a membership body and a CA designation is preferred but not essential.
