A rare and exciting new opportunity has opened up at Habit Health's main Wellington branch for a motivated Regional Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment driven by team success. You will ensure operational excellence through keen relationship building and leadership, propelling our brand and key services in the region.
Working closely with clinicians, team and service leads, and major stakeholders, you will monitor activities, output and business plans to ensure they translate into continuous growth and success for your region.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Implement and develop the strategic plan for the wider Wellington area
- Deliver budgets and performance targets
- Build and maintain meaningful staff engagement
- Develop strategies to market our suite of services to clients and increase market visibility
- Monitor client and customer satisfaction and actively utilise feedback data to develop regional opportunities
