Wood Resources Administrator

**About the role**
As the Wood Resources Administrator, you fulfil a key function in the Forests business and report to the Wood Supply Manager. In your role you will work collaboratively with another administrator in the team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities are met. You will also liaise with the wider Forests team and external parties to ensure positive outcomes are achieved. Daily tasks in your role are not limited to but could have you involved in the following:
- Creating and validating daily woodflow reports
- Tracking the delivery of products from Pan Pac’s logging crews and external suppliers
- Tracking the delivery of Pan Pac log and chip products to our customers
- Maintaining Pan Pac’s LOGO system and weighbridges reference data
- Supporting Pan Pac’s eDocket Logrithm platform as well as future development
- Tracking the daily usage of Pan Pac’s Sawmill and Chipmill
- Updating truck, crew and forest information
- Reconciling monthly accounts from suppliers and customers
- Assisting with preparation for end of month sales and purchase processing
- Assisting internal and external queries around docket and woodflow queries
This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, based at our Whirinaki site located 15 mins north of Napier.

**About you**
You have a strong background with a minimum of 3 years in a role where you were providing high quality and professional administration, data entry or accounts services.
You also have:
