IT Administrator

We are a dynamic holding company in sunny Hawkes Bay overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses including a courier company, ecommerce clothing and an up and coming recruitment agency. We are seeking a talented and versatile IT administrator & support technician to join our growing team.

**The Role**:
In this multifaceted role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across all our businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

- **User Support and Remote Troubleshooting**:

- **Software and Hardware Maintenance**:

- **Security Updates**:

- **Social Media Management and Digital Marketing**:

- **Website Performance and SEO Optimization**
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles is a plus.

Remuneration will be between $28 - $32 per hour depending on experience.
