Client Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for company clients, developing strong professional relationships and gaining a clear understanding of their cleaning and service needs.
- Undertake scheduled and unscheduled site visits to assess service delivery, engage with client representatives, resolve issues promptly, and ensure contractual obligations and performance benchmarks are consistently achieved.
- Work closely with operations and supervisory teams to organise staff schedules, allocate workloads, and maintain service standards across multiple sites.
- Ensure all client sites follow required health, safety, and quality protocols, and take immediate action when any issues are identified.
- Assist with recruiting new cleaning staff, as well as supporting induction, on-the-job training, and ongoing performance management to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct formal audits and site inspections using structured assessment tools, documenting deficiencies, analysing trends, and working with operations teams to implement process improvements and upgrade service outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive and well-organised records relating to client communications, feedback, complaints, incident reports, inspection outcomes, staff allocation, and resolution steps taken, ensuring traceability and transparency at all times.
- Prepare operational performance summaries and client-focused service reports, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing insights that support contract renewals, expansions, and long-term client retention.

**Other Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management/Arts/Hospitality, **or** at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
