**Job Summary**
The Client Service Manager will oversee client service operations, ensuring property owners and tenants receive efficient and professional support. The role involves coordinating customer service activities, managing after-sales service, and fostering positive client relationships to enhance overall service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Identify client needs and expectations, and drive continuous improvement in service standards.
- Oversee client service operations, including tenant placement, rent collection, property maintenance, and client support.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, and other business units to share client insights, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to business growth.
- Plan and implement after-sales and follow-up services to monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and improve service quality.
- Lead, train, and support client service staff to ensure effective performance.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 3 years’ relevant client service experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in property management or familiarity with New Zealand tenancy processes is an advantage but not essential.
