Our goal in AA Motoring is that Members and customers will come to the AA as their first choice for all their vehicle service needs and advice.

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Consultant in our Mt Roskill Auto Centre.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks including reception and customer service activities, processing WOF paperwork, advising on and selling products and services as well as other data entry tasks, product sales and general office administration duties.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong customer service focus, the ability to learn quickly, be fast and efficient while maintaining quality and accuracy and enjoy being part of a team. Your previous experience in a customer service environment, flexible approach and strong computer skills will see you stand out from the rest.
