**What's so exciting about this role**

As our new Customer Service Consultant, you will form part of an awesome team that’s known for being welcoming, collaborative and family orientated. Not to mention an incredible manager, that gives you flexibility and autonomy to be the best you can This is a fantastic role in which you will have full ownership and accountability for lending decisions, data quality, and our customers experience.

You will provide the first line of contact for new and existing customers, and play a key part in our sales cycle. You are the voice of Flexicommercial to our end customers. This is the heart of the business and is the core of what we do in how we dream and deliver.

Our Commercial Customer Service team is a close knit team with a vibrant culture, work collaboratively and work standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

**What does an average day look like?**
- No day is average at hummgroup, but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role and what you will be responsible for:

- Upselling Credit Facilities and Trade Ups to grow the average deal size
- Contacting customers at End of Lease to discuss lease options

**Who will thrive in this role?**

- You will have experience within sales or a contact centre environment
- Ideally with exposure to sales and lending
- You’ll be customer focused, with a natural flair at building relationships, demonstrating empathy, and building solid rapport
- Organised and pro-active in your approach to work, your character is one that sees solutions not problems.
- You’ll have a high attention to detail with a natural curiosity to asking questions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to negotiate and problem solve
