**The role**:
As a Telesales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while enhancing the reputation of our business. Reporting to our Customer Engagement Manager, you will utilise your exceptional customer service ethics and passion for negotiation to prospect new clients, qualify leads, and convert them into loyal customers.

**The job**:
- Prospect new clients and convert them into loyal customers through outbound calls.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales, exceeding targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate CRM records
- Alerting customers about new offerings..
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
**The requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or another sales/customer service role.
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Tertiary qualification beneficial.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas, ideally over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly and negotiate effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the food service industry is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Target-driven with a commitment to teamwork.
