We've got cars, campervans and motorhomes across New Zealand and Australia and we are on the lookout for an awesome Customer Service Consultant to join our team in JUCY Headquarters and assist our customers as they travel around NZ & AU.

You’ll be someone who loves to help people. You'll need a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills, and if you have some basic car knowledge and an extra friendly and confident personality, read on

The customer service consultants' primary focus is on delivering a professional customer service experience. Helping to assist JUCY customers each day you’ll be finding solutions for our customers while they are on the road while efficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of vehicle repair, maintenance, procurement, and fleet service activities. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service is crucial for maintaining the high quality of our offerings.

This is a permanent full-time position in which you would work across a rotating roster. Shifts are between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends and public holidays.

**What you need**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer services role
- Have fantastic problem-solving and negotiation skills, resourceful and think outside the box
- Have exceptional customer service skills, including perfect written and spoken English. Additional languages are advantageous
- Be passionate about the tourism industry and ideally have knowledge of travelling - especially vehicles, and ideally have a driver’s license to know how a car works
- Be great at multi-tasking with an awesome attitude
- Be available to work a rotating roster including weekends
