**About**
HEB Construction Ltd. is a leading Tier-1 construction company with a strong presence in the Civil Northern operations. With a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, HEB is renowned for its dedication to excellence.
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrator to join our Civil Northern Operations Team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure smooth operations and streamlined processes within the team.
**Responsibilities**
As the Administrator for Civil Northern, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day processes within the invoice approval system (Ferret software) and resolving any related queries.
- Processing subcontractor payment claims within the cut-off period.
- Handling cost transfer journals.
- Assisting the business with purchasing through the OneBuy software.
- Processing weekly plant charges.
- Proactively managing and coordinating all administrative duties within the Civil Northern business
**About you**
- Proven administration skills and background.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service.
- A systematic and methodical approach, with proficiency in using financial packages.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Confidence, honesty, and self-motivation to work independently.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions and work collaboratively.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of the Construction industry, and experience in related fields would be advantageous.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver license.
