**About the role - Atu mo te mahi** The role of the Administration Support Officer is role is to provide logístical, administrative, and reception support across the business unit. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration and coordination support, plus have excellent relationship building skills, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.
**Key tasks and accountabilities**:
- Co-ordinate, support and provide administration across the team
- Booking travel, minute taking and meeting coordination
- Facilities & Logistics coordination
- Reception & Office coordination services
- Processing of invoices
- Fleet Vehicle Management
- General ad hoc administrative/office support
- Promotion of Health and Safety

- Strong, proven Coordination/Administration/Facilities experience
- Accounts Payable/Invoicing experience
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
