The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team provides a range of asset-based services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of volume, events, or crises.
We have an exciting opportunity to join this team as our Director, Architecture and Delivery. In this critical leadership role you will be responsible for providing key leadership across three critical digital domains - Enterprise Architecture and Standards, Project and Programme Management and Digital Design Products and Services. These three critical competencies collectively allow us to set digital architecture and strategy to effectively enable delivery of the group's overall strategies, goals and authorised work programme.
As a key member of the Digital Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role will support other peer members of the SLT, mentor/ more junior members of the group and will be required to act for the Chief Digital Officer from time to time.

**Some key points we are looking for are**:

- Familiarity with digital architecture standards, toolsets and the related knowledge domains.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation experience, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with large suppliers and partners, in the architecture and strategy domain, to create exceptional value for the Department.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, ES or engineering related fields, or equivalent work experience

Some travel regionally may be required.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $202,140. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
