**A bit about You**

We're now seeking an experienced, talented and disciplined Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in delivering a great variety of nutritious and healthy meals and there is an extensive range of opportunities to showcase your culinary skills. You will have strong communication skills who will educate, motivate and inspire a team of highly skilled chefs. In addition to your Chef qualifications you will be professional, creative and have a positive attitude. You will have a sound understanding of a kitchen structure and operation and be able to work autonomously. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, this position will cover a range of shifts, so flexibility is key.
