We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join Oaks Wellington Hotel on a Full time basis. This role will be focused on Breakfast & a-l-carte & Events.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
- Cook delicious meals
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean
- Responsible for all types of cleaning, filling records, maintaining food cost, wastage control.
- Avavilble for breakfast and dinner shift when required

**Pay Grade**:
$30-$31 Per Hour
**Qualifications** To be successful you will have**:

- 1+ years experience in breakfast service/Buffet/A-la-Carte & conferences & Events in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
- Availability to work morning shifts across a 7 day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
